Terms and Conditions for KS Education

Welcome to KS Education. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for attending our tutoring camps. By enrolling in our camps, you agree to comply with these terms.

Registration and Enrolment

1.1. Age Requirement: The tutoring camps are open to students of all ages unless otherwise specified for particular camps.

1.2. Registration Process: Registration must be completed online through our official website or by contacting info@keensuccessedu.co.uk. Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and necessary forms.

1.3. Limited Availability: Enrolment is on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to limit the number of participants per camp.

Payment Terms

2.1. Fees: The full fee for the camp must be paid in advance, as indicated during the registration process. No student will be permitted to attend without full payment.

2.2. Accepted Methods: We accept payment by credit/debit card only.

2.3. Late Payments: If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the student’s enrolment in the camp.

Camp Participation

3.1. Behavioural Expectations: All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards peers and instructors. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in dismissal from the camp without a refund.

3.2. Attendance: Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. Missed sessions will not be refunded or rescheduled.

3.3. Health and Safety: Parents/guardians must disclose any relevant medical conditions or special needs during registration. KS Education reserves the right to deny participation if the camp is unable to accommodate a student’s needs.

3.4. Materials: All necessary materials for the camp will be provided unless otherwise stated. Students are responsible for bringing their own equipment if required, as specified in the camp description.

Cancellations and Refund Policy

4.1. Cancellation by Participant: If you need to cancel your registration, please note that refunds are generally not available. However, if the cancellation is due to a serious illness or similar circumstances, we will issue a credit that can be used for any KS Education services, including camps and online tuition.

4.2. Cancellation by KS Education: Should we need to cancel a camp due to unforeseen circumstances (such as instructor unavailability, low enrolment, or extreme weather conditions), we will offer participants a full refund or the option to transfer to a different camp.

4.3. Non-Attendance: If a participant does not attend the camp for any reason, it will be treated as a cancellation, and no refund will be issued.

4.4. Exceptional Circumstances: We will consider refund requests made under exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies) on a case-by-case basis, and written documentation may be required.

Changes to Camp Schedule

5.1. Modifications: KS Education reserves the right to change the schedule, location, or content of the camp in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.

5.2. Rescheduling: If a camp session is rescheduled, participants may choose to attend the new date or receive a refund for that session.

Liability

6.1. Injury or Loss: KS Education is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during camp sessions.

6.2. Medical Treatment: In the event of a medical emergency, camp staff will make every effort to contact the participant’s emergency contact. By enrolling, participants agree to emergency medical treatment if necessary and at the discretion of camp staff.

Photography and Media Release

7.1. Use of Images: By attending our camp, participants (or their parents/guardians) consent to the use of photographs or videos taken during camp activities for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to have your child’s image used, please notify us in writing.

Privacy Policy

8.1. Personal Information: We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected during the registration process will be used solely for camp-related purposes and will not be shared with third parties.

Governing Law

9.1. Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
